高考考试频度：★★★★★
英文e－mail与英文信件的写法和格式大体相同，但也有区别。英文e－mail一般由以下五部分组成：
1．标题栏
这是英文信件中没的。标题栏中有“收件人”、“抄送”和“主题”三个框。在“收件人”框中填写收件人的e－mail地址。如要将邮件同时发送给多人，可在“抄送”框中填入别的人的e－mail地址。在“主题”框中简要地概括邮件的内容，可以用一个单词，如：Greetings；也可以用短语，如：Personal information；还可以是一个内容完整但语言简短的句子。
2．称呼语
若是同学或亲朋好友间的邮件，可以直呼其名，如：Mike；但若是发给老师、长辈或上级，最好在称呼前加上称谓或职位。职位可用Doctor，Professor等，如：Professor Li。男士用Mr；女人用Miss，Mrs，Ms。
3．正文
大部分e－mail篇幅短小，语言简单明了。若是写给不熟知的人，一般要先进行自我介绍；反之，则可直接进入正题。要多用短句、简单句，少用或不需要长句。一是便于阅读，再者使意思了解。假如内容非常长，可就重点部分作些介绍，而把详细内容以“附件”的方法发出。
4．结尾客套话
英文信件的信尾客套话常用Best wishes! Good luck to you! 等。而e－mail一般非常简明，如：Best，Thanks，Yours等。
5．落款
直接写发件人的名字即可，且与客套话对齐。

【考试试题趋势】
今年的书面表达沿袭近几年的体裁，仍旧是应用文。本次书面表达需要考生写一封邮件告知队友有关比赛的信息。在短文的内容需要和要素设计上，困难程度与往年大致相当。另外，话题的选择体现了一个命题趋势：围绕人与社会的主题，加大德智体美劳的全方位考查。通过排球比赛设定的体育情境体现了关注体育训练、主张健康意识的理念。
纵览全国II卷英语书面表达，从题材上来讲，除去2014年考查了记叙文，十年中九每年平均考查了应用文，应用文占90%。所以考生在高考考试的英语写作的筹备中应当把重心放在应用文上，熟练学会英语应用文写作的几个有关专项，并且熟识高考考试英语基础词语。

今年的书面表达是告知信，是考生比较熟知的文体范畴。考生应紧扣所给各项需要展开写作。作为应用文写作的一个种类，告知信最为鲜明的特点是：简洁、准确。考生在写作时应依据自己对题目的理解，准确无误地表达重点信息，把告知信所涉及的事由、时间、地址与事情交代了解。本文需要简明扼要地告知排球比赛的时间、地址与赛前的筹备事情。在结尾处还需对队友表示期待和鼓励。
近年书面表达考试试题的开放性愈加强，只为考生提供一个笼统的写作提纲，需要考生围绕写作提纲进行适合的发挥，自主确定写作内容，体现出高考考试对考生革新能力的考查。总体来看，今年的书面表达充分体现了应用性的考查需要。另外，高考考试第三提醒大家，平常必须要看重对素材、词语和句型等的积累，练习学生运用有关词语和语法进行书面表达的能力。
